Broadview Leadership Partners is an executive search and leadership advisory firm based in Calgary. We work with growing companies, typically 50 to 350 people, at the moments when leadership matters most: scaling, founder succession, and buying or selling a business. We treat every engagement as an advisory problem first. The hire, the plan or the assessment follows from understanding what the business actually needs.
